From formula to finished product: how private label UV gel manufacturers work
A private label UV gel manufacturer takes your product from formula to finished product: development, compliance, production, filling and labelling. You are ready to supply salons with a complete range of nail products, with control over price, margin and positioning.
What does a private label UV gel manufacturer do?
A private label manufacturer develops, produces and fills UV gels that are sold under another company’s brand. The manufacturer runs the production process, while the brand owner controls the brand, pricing and customers.
The formulas comes from the manufacturer’s existing range or is developed specifically for the brand. Many brands combine both: proven formulas for the core range, custom formulas for products that set them apart.
How to compare private label manufacturers in Europe
Compare private label manufacturers in Europe on compliance document, lead times and what they handle in-house. A low price per litre means nothing, if the gel cannot sell legally.
Ask the manufacturer whether products are manufactured following ISO 22716 and GMP guidelines, and whether they come with INCI, SDS and DDS plus CPNP support.
How does CNC International work as private label manufacturer?
CNC has manufactured UV gels in the Netherlands since 1993 and supplies distributors and brands in 45 countries on 5 continents. R&D, production, filling, labelling and pad printing all happen in-house.
The range of 500+ products cover fast salon work, long sculpted nails, overlays on natural nails, weak nails and nail art. That keeps the number of suppliers low, while salons with different techniques still find the right product.
You order in bulk or as finished product, in quantities that match your demand.

How production works at CNC
Every CNC product starts as a bulk batch, made to the same formula every time and manufactured following ISO 22716 and GMP guidelines. That consistency matters when salons reorder a shade, because the next batch follows the same formula as the last.
From that batch, the route splits. The gel leaves the factory in bulk, or it is filled, labelled or pad printed and packed as a finished product. Because development, production, filling and printing happen under our roof, there is no handover between a lab, a filler and a printer. You deal with one party for both quality and planning.
Which route your product takes depends on the choices you make in the seven steps below.
How CNC takes your product from formula to finished product
Every CNC order follows seven steps, from choosing your products to production.
- Choose your products. Start from catalogue bestsellers, add shades from the trend collections or brief a custom formula;
- Choose bulk or finished. With bulk, you fill the gel in your own facility. With finished product, it arrives filled, labelled and ready to sell;
- Choose your packaging. The formula decides the container: thick gels go in jars, gel polish in bottles with a brush. Jars run from 5 to 100 ml, and gel bottles come in 8 ml and 15 ml. You can also supply your own packaging.
- Choose a label, pad printing or both. A label gives you full colour and sharp barcodes. Pad printing puts your logo directly on the bottle or jar.
- Deliver your artwork. You supply the product information in an Excel template and your design as an .ai or .eps file.
- Check the proof and give final approval.
- Production and delivery. Bulk takes around 15 working days after order confirmation and payment. Finished products take around 20 working days after approval, and pad printing adds around 10 working days.
What CNC UV gels bring to your private label range
CNC’s UV gels, from builder gels in a bottle to gel polish, sell on performance: fast application, long-lasting wear and minimal filing. Those are the benefits salons buy on, which gives your sales team a clear story for every product. Every UV gel is standard HEMA and TPO-free, and each batch follows the same formula, so reorders match what your customers bought before. Four trend collections a year give you new products to present each season.
